Development

Testing
When the solution design is complete, we begin a rigorous testing period. Conducted in a non-production, development environment, the testing process ensures that every aspect of the system is working as expected. If the build isn’t providing the insights the company needs to meet its goals, integrating correctly, or meeting the client’s expectations, we iterate and refine where necessary.
Though the testing process may add additional time to a company’s preparation, it’s a critical phase. It allows us to confirm that all parts of the solution are working as intended prior to production launch. The experience of testing, reworking, evaluating, and refining ecosystems ensures:
- Both teams are aligned on how the system is supposed to run and how to use it.
- Implementation doesn’t proceed before the solution is ready for rollout.
- Critical metrics aren’t left out of the conversation.
In short, we work with our customers to ensure they get what they need the first time—even if we plan to evolve and change alongside them in the months to come.
Implementation
Once testing is complete, we move into the implementation phase. Having already built much, if not all, of the functionality, TrakSYS’ database transfer tool enables a seamless transition of the configured solutions from non-production to production environments. Then, our template transfer tooling allows for ongoing maintenance of the solution template which can be utilized to transfer configured elements between environments—and sites—as needed.
