Consistently finding themselves out of synch with the production team, over-ordering spare parts, and reactively responding to maintenance tasks, TABS’ maintenance team found themselves searching for a way to optimize their practices and increase their efficiency.
To hear Maintenance Manager Steve Hohbach tell it, “We wanted to expand the TrakSYS MOM implementation with CMMS capabilities, so we could contribute to operations performance improvement, which of course we did.
