Program Overview
In TrakSYS, you’ll find a powerful MOM & MES software platform designed to make manufacturing operations as simple as possible and help you with your various digital uplift initiatives. We understand the challenges you face in deploying agile, extensible, and scalable solutions. To meet these challenges and the growing global demand for TrakSYS-based solutions, we have created the Parsec Partner Program. Membership in the Parsec Partner Program is based on meeting specific requirements and qualifications which must be met annually. Based on their achievements, Partners may attain progressively higher levels of qualification and certification. Partners are independent entities and are not owned and operated by Parsec.
Registered Partners
These Partners provide implementation services for their manufacturing customers and have access to a variety of benefits, including Parsec support resources. Registered Partners have the option of obtaining certification for TrakSYS Certified Engineers and TrakSYS Certified Architects to enhance their technical knowledge and better support their clients.
Enterprise Partners
Enterprise Partners have differentiated themselves by providing the highest consulting services and solution delivery. With their reach expanding around the globe, these Partners use their proven experience, extensive resourcing, and expertise to help customers manage and optimize their business in ways that go beyond the bounds of implementation. They provide consulting services to guide their clients in the digitalization of their manufacturing processes.
Strategic Partners
These Partners have differentiated themselves by providing outstanding levels of solution delivery and support, and their capabilities are acknowledged by customer recognition and achievement of the rigorous requirements associated with Company certification. They have made significant investments in building TrakSYS technologies and solutions and have priority access to Parsec support and technical resources.
Solution Partners
These Partners have demonstrated domain expertise through the delivery of sophisticated TrakSYS-based manufacturing operations solutions to their customers. As a key factor to qualify for this level of partnership, they must have the requisite number of certified resources. They can also achieve Company certification by meeting further mutually agreed upon business objectives.
Parsec Partner Qualification
To initially qualify for membership, Partners with subject matter expertise must:

Partner Certification
To achieve certification, a Partner must demonstrate their capabilities related to successful deployments of TrakSYS-based solutions. Specifically, they must have:
TrakSYS Certified Personnel
Expertly trained and certified technical and commercial personnel for each Partner location to ensure customer satisfaction.
