The Parsec Partner Program provides you with a robust ecosystem of tools, training, and dedicated support to help you foster meaningful, mutually beneficial relationships with your customers and other integrators.
There are successive tiers in the Parsec Partner Program with varying levels of engagement based on your business goals and alignment with Parsec. Each tier comprises specific requirements and certifications that must be met and assessed on an annual basis. Requirements range from providing implementation services to consulting services beyond the scope of solution delivery. Experience in and resources for MES-style implementation is required across all tiers.
Within 60 days of joining the Partner Program, you are required to attend a 5-day Comprehensive TrakSYS training course to ensure you have the tools to succeed with the platform. Partners with multiple locations must achieve certification by location, and all partnerships are subject to review and renewal every 12 months. Across all tiers, members must make quarterly technical updates and maintain a Partner Consignment Development License.
To make adhering to requirements as simple as possible, Parsec offers a range of on-demand TrakSYS training courses, access to the TrakSYS Knowledge Database, and technical support. Partners are granted multi-user TrakSYS Consignment Development Licenses – along with access to all updates and new versions – to aid in solution development and delivery.
Partners can distinguish themselves through certification, which is dependent not only on demonstrated TrakSYS expertise, but also on applied experience and successful solution delivery endorsed by customers.
The Parsec Partner Program offers a range of enablement opportunities, depending on tier level. This includes pre-sales support, mentoring, and technical support to ensure your team has the resources on hand to succeed with TrakSYS. Additionally, Partners are eligible to receive discounts on product licenses needed to deliver solutions to your customers, which increase depending on the partnership tier and commitment to TrakSYS.
Membership in the Parsec Partner Program provides you with marketing tools, including sample configurations, how-to videos, and knowledge-based documents to support demand generation and drive customer leads in your market. As a Partner, you will receive visibility and recognition on the Parsec website, specialization badges, and invitations to the Annual Partner Event. You can also join Parsec at trade shows and other events, co-host webinars, and feature your customer’s TrakSYS success stories in published case studies.
