Founded in 1869, Conservas Albo is one of Spain’s leading producers of canned seafood, offering more than 100 products with a strong emphasis on quality and raw material sourcing. Operating from its Galicia facility, the company supports a broad product portfolio and global demand.

As product variety and customer demand increased, Albo reached a point where legacy processes and less-automated equipment limited visibility into production, materials, and performance. The organization needed a way to digitalize operations while preserving continuity across manual and automated processes.

As part of an internal initiative known as “Albo 4.0,” Albo partnered with ASM Soft to support its digital transformation strategy by introducing a unified manufacturing execution approach aligned with both current needs and future growth.
