Founded in 1894, Gibson Brands is one of the most iconic names in music, known for world-class craftsmanship and a broad portfolio of electric and acoustic instruments. From its Nashville, Tennessee manufacturing facility, Gibson produces guitars trusted by musicians across generations and genres.
As customer demand continued to rise, Gibson needed greater visibility into work-in-progress, quality status, and production flow—without compromising the craftsmanship the brand is known for. Manual reporting and limited real-time insight made it difficult to efficiently scale operations and maintain consistency across processes.
