Agfa Graphics is a global leader in prepress and digital printing solutions, serving commercial, newspaper, packaging, and industrial printing markets worldwide. At its Suzano, Brazil facility, the company operates in a complex, high-volume manufacturing environment that supports both regional and global demand.

As operations scaled, the Suzano plant faced limited operational visibility, disparate system implementations, and a lack of real-time production and quality data. Manual data collection and disconnected workflows made it difficult to track performance, manage in-process inventory, and respond quickly to issues on the shop floor.
