Scaling a Legacy with Real-Time Insight

A TrakSYS-powered production management success story at Jack Daniel’s, delivered with Parsec Partner EOSYS

Officially registered in 1866, Jack Daniel’s is the oldest registered distillery in the United States, producing globally recognized Tennessee whiskey from its Lynchburg, Tennessee facility. With a long-standing reputation built on quality and consistency, bottling operations play a critical role in meeting worldwide demand.

As demand continued to grow, historically reliable bottling methods became increasingly difficult to scale. Disparate systems, limited real-time visibility, and manual processes made it challenging to monitor line performance, communicate across teams, and respond quickly without impacting production.

To move forward, Jack Daniel’s partnered with EOSYS to identify a manufacturing operations management platform that could improve visibility, support operators, and scale with future growth—while being adopted smoothly on the shop floor.

In this case study, we explore how EOSYS worked with Jack Daniel’s to:

  • Establish a unified system of record for bottling line performance
  • Improve real-time visibility into production, quality, and downtime
  • Reduce reliance on paper-based processes and manual reporting
  • Enable faster, data-driven communication across teams and shifts
  • Support operator adoption through intuitive, shop-floor-friendly tools
