Founded in Ireland, WaterWipes was created to deliver the purest baby wipes for sensitive skin. As the brand grew into a global consumer staple, its manufacturing operations had to support increasing demand while maintaining strict quality expectations.

As production volumes increased and new lines were added, WaterWipes faced limitations with a standalone OEE solution and manual data entry. Declining visibility into performance, quality checks, and production losses made it harder to keep pace with demand using existing processes.

To move forward, WaterWipes partnered with ITI Group to establish a real-time manufacturing operations management approach using TrakSYS. The collaboration focused on improving insight, traceability, and coordination across production without adding new infrastructure.
