TrakSYS™ Training Course I is a 2-day^* instructor-led class which provides the participants with a fundamental overview of the concepts and terms associated with TrakSYS™.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to configure TrakSYS™ to effectively address their productivity improvement requirements. The course will concentrate on event tracking, monitoring, and reporting. The participant will develop an understanding of why and how TrakSYS™ is utilized as a real-time performance management and reporting tool. The course will also teach how to retrieve and report the key performance indicator (KPI) data using the WEBTrak Knowledge Management Portal.

TrakSYS™ Training Course II

Training Course II is a 2-day instructor-led class designed for experienced users with a working knowledge of TrakSYS™ fundamentals. This class will cover more advanced configuration topics as well as explore techniques for extending the TrakSYS™ solution with customizations.

Upon completion of this course, participants will develop a comprehensive knowledge of different TrakSYS™ components and advanced system configuration. They will also achieve expertise in utilization, customization and administration of WEBTrak, the TrakSYS™ Knowledge Management Portal.
